Basic Policy

司乃プロジェクトは、提供するアプリやサイトにおいて、個人情報を積極的に収集しません。多くのアプリはログインを必要とせず、入力されたデータは基本的に利用者の端末内に保存されます。

Shino Project does not actively collect personal information through its apps or website. Most apps do not require login, and user-entered data is generally stored on the user's device.

問い合わせ時の情報

Support Emails

利用者がメールで問い合わせを行う場合、返信や確認のためにメールアドレス、問い合わせ内容、必要に応じて端末やアプリ名などの情報を受け取ります。これらの情報は問い合わせ対応の目的でのみ使用します。

When a user contacts us by email, we receive the email address, message content, and, when needed, details such as the device or app name. This information is used only to respond to the inquiry.

バックアップファイルについて

Backup Files

JSONバックアップなどの機能がある場合、それらは利用者の操作によって作成または読み込まれるローカルファイルです。ファイルの保存場所や共有先は利用者が管理します。

If an app provides JSON backup or similar features, those files are created or loaded by the user's own action as local files. Users manage where such files are stored or shared.
